The developer which originated in Egypt, has begun to establish itself with a track record across these markets and has already delivered a number of landmark projects internationally, including the introduction of W Residences Cairo and the development of Cairo Design District.

The appointment will see PRCO Group lead LMD’s communications strategy across the GCC, driving awareness of the brand and supporting the rollout of its next phase of developments in the region. PRCO Group’s consultancy and communications teams will support the development of LMD’s narrative and messaging, working closely with senior leadership to establish a clear, consistent, and authoritative presence across business, property, and design media.

LMD’s portfolio in the UAE spans key locations including Dubai Marina, Al Jaddaf Waterfront, Dubai Maritime City, Jebel Ali, and Dubai Land, reinforcing the group’s growing presence across both established and emerging districts in the market.

This appointment reflects PRCO Group’s continued work with internationally active developers, further strengthening the agency’s presence across the GCC’s real estate and built environment sectors.
