The real estate developer is presenting a new residential project during the Sharjah Investment Forum ahead of the project’s official launch on 20 October
- Linar’s recent residential sell-out reflects interest from domestic and international buyers in Sharjah’s integrated communities.
- Sharjah recorded AED 29.9 billion in total value of real estate transactions from January to June 2026.
Alef Group is giving investors at the Sharjah Investment Forum (SIF 2026) direct access to its growing portfolio of developments and an early view of what is coming next, as Sharjah continues to strengthen its position as a destination for real estate investment.
As the exclusive sponsor and partner of the Forum’s Investors’ Lounge, the Sharjah-based real estate developer shaping modern, integrated communities and destinations, is holding focused discussions with investors, business leaders, government representatives and real estate brokers around current opportunities, future developments and potential partnerships.
During the Forum, Alef Group is also presenting details of a new residential project to participating delegations and investors ahead of its official public launch on 20 October 2026.
Buyer interest extends beyond the individual home
Alef’s participation follows the complete residential sell-out of Linar, its AED 4 billion waterfront development in Al Mamzar, Sharjah. The project attracted domestic buyers, international business owners and executives, and overseas investors, reflecting the breadth of interest in Sharjah as a destination for living and long-term investment.
For Alef, the response also points to an evolving understanding of residential value. Alongside location and the specifications of a home, buyers are considering how the wider development supports their daily routines, connects them to services and creates opportunities for leisure and social interaction.
Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi, CEO of Alef Group, said: “Investment decisions require confidence, clarity and access to the right opportunities. Through the Investors’ Lounge, we can discuss our plans directly with investors, understand their priorities and explore partnerships that support the next stage of Alef’s development in Sharjah.”
“As a developer rooted in Sharjah, our role is to create destinations that contribute to the emirate’s growth. Bringing homes, businesses, services and social spaces together can make everyday life require less effort, give residents more time for what matters to them and create opportunities for businesses serving those communities. This is how thoughtful development can support quality of life and economic activity over the long term,” he added.
Supporting Sharjah’s investment appeal
These discussions are taking place against a backdrop of continued real estate activity. According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, the emirate recorded approximately AED 29.5 billion in real estate transaction value during the first half of 2026, an increase of 9.3% year-on-year.
The emirate’s broader investment activity also expanded, with AED 7.74 billion in capital investment through 142 foreign direct investment projects in 2025. Alef’s engagement at SIF is providing an opportunity to connect this investor interest with its portfolio and plans for new communities.
