H&H marked the topping-out of “Building C” at Dubai Harbour Residences, a significant construction milestone for one of Dubai’s most anticipated beachfront residential developments. Owned by Shamal, developed by H&H and constructed by Khansaheb, the project continues to progress steadily, reflecting the collective expertise and commitment of all project partners as it moves closer to completion.

The ceremonial topping-out event brought together senior representatives from H&H, Shamal, Khansaheb and the wider project team to commemorate the completion of Building C’s reinforced concrete structure. The ceremony featured the symbolic final placement of concrete by project stakeholders, commemorative photography, recognition awards honoring the teams behind the milestone, and speeches celebrating the collective efforts that continue to drive the project forward. Construction continues to progress at pace across the development, with Buildings A and B also expected to reach topping-out over the course of the next quarter.

Dubai Harbour Residences represents a distinctive vision for refined beachfront living, introducing a low-rise residential development within Dubai Harbour. Designed by internationally renowned architectural practice Nikken Sekkei, the development comprises an exclusive collection of apartments that blend contemporary architecture with expansive sea and skyline views, generous outdoor living spaces and thoughtfully curated amenities. The topping-out milestone follows a series of key achievements for the project, including the successful completion of foundation works, beachfront formation and the appointment of Khansaheb Civil Engineering as main works contractor under a contract valued at more than AED 1 billion.
