Dubai, UAE (10 February 2026): Bayut, the UAE’s leading PropTech platform, hosted its highly anticipated Bayut Awards 2025 at Atlantis The Royal, celebrating outstanding achievements and professionalism across the UAE real estate ecosystem. The exclusive event gathered industry leaders, top-performing agencies, and key stakeholders to recognise excellence, innovation, and impact in the property market.

The awards night, themed “Reflections of Your Success”, honoured individuals and organisations that have made remarkable contributions to the dynamic real estate landscape in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Winners were selected based on comprehensive performance data from the 2025 market cycle, complemented by deliberations from a distinguished jury panel including Sahar Khan (VP of Marketing), Nicolas Majeau (Chief Strategy Officer), Muneeb Farrukh (Vice President of Product), and Amash Malik (Director of Performance Marketing).

Opening the event to a packed audience,  Haider Khan, CEO of Bayut and CEO of Dubizzle Group MENA said;

“What we are building is living history, driven by a shared purpose that goes beyond individual achievement and contributes to shaping some of the world’s most exceptional cities. The Bayut Awards allows us to take a moment to pause and recognise the very best among us: those who have set new standards of excellence through their dedication and performance. While the work continues tomorrow, this evening belongs to celebration. Everyone here has already earned the right to be proud, and it is important that we take this moment to reflect, celebrate and be inspired by what we have accomplished together.”
