The real estate industry continues to be disrupted by emerging technology and ever increasing customer expectation, the Real Estate and Proptech (REAP) Awards have emerged as a global benchmark for excellence. Presented as part of the Real Estate and PropTech (REAP) Summit, the awards celebrate innovation, leadership, and the projects driving meaningful change across the real estate & proptech sector.

The purpose of the REAP Awards is to recognise the individuals and organisations setting new standards in how real estate is developed, financed, and managed. From advancements in PropTech and digitalisation to construction and investment innovation, the awards highlight those leading the industry forward.

Open to participants worldwide, the awards feature a diverse set of categories that reflect the full spectrum of the real estate ecosystem. These include categories such as Developer of Year and Broker of the Year through to Sustainability & Cleantech. The breadth of categories ensures that both established companies and emerging innovators have the opportunity to be recognised.

Entries are evaluated through an independent judging process led by large panels of respected global experts, including investors, developers, and technology leaders. Submissions are assessed on measurable impact, originality, and contribution to industry advancement, ensuring that each winner represents genuine excellence.

The entry process is simple. Nominations can be submitted through the REAP Summit website, with entrants encouraged to demonstrate how their projects or initiatives have delivered tangible results and positive industry impact.

Winners will be announced during the REAP Summit and Awards Ceremony, which will take place in Dubai on June 18th 2026. The event will bring together global real estate and PropTech leaders for a day of knowledge sharing, networking, and celebration of best practice.
